The molten steel sampler is suitable for sampling in tundish, ladle and continuous casting, in front of furnace and argon blowing station;

Main features and scope of application:
Used for rapid extraction of formed steel samples and iron samples for spectral analysis. It has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient application.
Method of use:
1. Insert the sampler into the special measuring gun
2. When measuring, the molten steel sampler is tilted 60-65 °, inserted into the molten steel, the insertion depth is more than 350mm, and the sampling time is 4~6s.
3. After the sampler takes the mountain from the metal furnace and ladle, tap it gently on the ground, and the steel sample will fall off on the ground.
