The temperature measurement principle is to put the temperature measuring tube into the tundish and immerse it in the molten steel with a depth of more than 300mm, and the temperature at the bottom of the temperature measuring tube is equal to the temperature of the molten steel.

Product Introduction

The continuous temperature measurement system of molten steel is one of the series products of ZDC type temperature measurement instrument. The temperature measurement principle is to put the temperature measuring tube into the tundish and immerse it in the molten steel with a depth of more than 300mm, and the temperature at the bottom of the temperature measuring tube is equal to the temperature of the molten steel. The detector installed at the outlet of the temperature measuring tube receives the infrared radiation energy emitted from the bottom of the temperature measuring tube and converts it into the corresponding electrical signal to the signal processor. The signal processor with single chip microcomputer as the core processes the signal input from the detector and displays the measured temperature through the display screen. Through the RS485 communication interface, the temperature signal is transmitted to the large screen display, and the 4-20mA standard signal is transmitted to the computer through the output circuit.

Product Features

1. Using the latest technology, the temperature measuring tube is composed of an outer tube with an upper end open and a lower end closed and an inner tube with two ends open. The temperature measurement signal comes from the bottom of the outer tube of the temperature measurement tube directly contacting the molten steel, so the response time of the instrument is short and the reaction speed is fast.

2. The sensor has the function of discharging smoke, and the optical path between the temperature measuring infrared radiation source and the detector is clean, which ensures accurate temperature measurement and stable operation.

3. The structure of the temperature measuring tube is reasonable, the thermal shock resistance is high, and the failure rate of the temperature measuring system is low.

4. The non-self-locking structure is used between the detector and the temperature measuring tube, and the operation is simple. Ease of use.

5. The signal processor adopts large-scale integrated circuit, intelligent parameter setting, complete function and small temperature drift.
